miCal - The missing Calendar App Reviews

I tried a lot of different calendars but MiCal was the best. Easy to use and customize to fit your purpose. For a counselor, it is indispensable tool.

I used to really like miCal and have used it for years. Had to download the new one, and its not even close to the last edition. Very disappointed.

Think of something youd like the calendar app to do. Yep, its there. My favorite (right now) is the month view. I can see NAMES for individual events in this view! Way to exploit the good screen resolution, developers.

Had to give up using this app. Traveling makes the changing time stamps confusing.

Ive loved this authors contacts app, Contaq, for a while, so it was a no-brainer to get miCal. miCal covers all the bases —from natural language input to custom colors for events based on the title (e.g., any event with "party" in it is orange)— and then some. Outstanding interaction and visual design.

miCal is a huge step up from the regular calendar and essential to my professional life.

The recent updates has made it the best calendar/agenda app out there. Its fast and looks clean.

This is a great all in one app! I love being able to see tasks notes in the calendar all on the same page. It makes life so much better than having to move from app to app to figure out what it is I need to get done.

I really like this app. Simple to use with multiple views and it integrates my calendars. I give it 4 stars since my entries for the current day dont always show up in my notifications. I can open the app to see it but not when I swipe to get a quick view on my phone. Its syncing from MS Exchange so not sure if its Outlook, Apple or the app. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt.

Weve been using this app since its first release. We have 4 iPhones in our house and each one syncs up so we all know what is going on and keep track of scheduling conflicts. Great app and highly recommend it.

This the best calendar app on the App Store. I dont know why more people dont about it. This app needs to be featured on the front page.

They really hit it out of the park with this latest update. Havent found anything that hasnt been improved. Highly recommend.

The fonts are to small to read, cant adjust duration in day, prefer a darker color theme. Going back to older version. Wasted money on this one. Think the older version is better. dashboard characters are so fine makes it unreadable.

I juggle many lives and with the custom colored calendars, I can look at my days and know exactly what I am doing. Beautiful, well designed screens. The best for quick visual references!! I would give five stars, but for two major missing parts. THERE IS NO TIME ZONE SUPPORT! THERE NEEDS TO BE A SEARCH FUNCTION!

Calendar always opens to 3yrs prior to todays date. There is no + in agenda so youll need to switch views to add an event, the font size is not adjustable and too small (unless your a teen).

This calendar does pretty much everything I could ask for. Simple to use and reliable.

The latest update hit it out of the park.

Im a guy who always wants the best of anything...that includes apps. I have tried multiple other calendars but I always return to MiCal. If youre in the market for a calendar that syncs with EVERYTHING and organizes your life, give this a shot. You wont be disappointed.

Add-on calendar that cost extra is no longer supported ? Your greed loses a user and gets you a bad review! App deleted, there are others out there

I never write reviews but this app is excellent and gives me everything I need. I dont know why there are only 33 reviews. It syncs with my email and all my devices. If I had to suggest any improvement it would be to include a desktop version.
